      Jessie Frances Bilbo, 80, of Reisterstown, died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002, at her home.
      Born Dec. 16, 1921, in Roxbury Mills, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas H. and Agnes M. Gover. She was the wife of Dale Gerald Bilbo.
      She was a nurse volunteer for over 23 years and had volunteered at St. Agnes Hospital for 21 years. She was also a housewife.
      Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughters Sylvia Chaney of Linthicum and Barbara Parker of Catonsville; son and daughter-in-law Michael G. and Donna Bilbo of Hampstead; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
      She was predeceased by a grandson.
      A funeral service will be held at 8 a.m. today at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, with the Rev. Norman M. Obenshain, of Glyndon United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge.
