Born Dec. 16, 1921, in Roxbury Mills, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas H. and Agnes M. Gover. She was the wife of Dale Gerald Bilbo. She was a nurse volunteer for over 23 years and had volunteered at St. Agnes Hospital for 21 years. She was also a housewife. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughters Sylvia Chaney of Linthicum and Barbara Parker of Catonsville; son and daughter-in-law Michael G. and Donna Bilbo of Hampstead; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson. A funeral service will be held at 8 a.m. today at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, with the Rev. Norman M. Obenshain, of Glyndon United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge.
