    • Brian Christian Giesick SUMMERVILLE - Brian Christian Giesick, 61, of Summerville, SC, husband of Pamela Johnson Giesick, passed away Monday, August 25, 2014. Visitation will be from 11am until 1pm immediately followed by a Memorial Service on Saturday, August 30, 2014 in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Brian's memory to Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758518, Topeka, KS 66675. Brian was born on January 19, 1953 in Bexar County, TX, the son of Claudius Walter Giesick & Ivalene Lane Giesick. He had a love for motorcycles & was a member of the Road Gliders Motorcycle Club. He was rightfully proud of his submarine service in the US Navy, from which he retired after 20 years. He also served in the Vietnam War. He was currently working as a chemical operator. He was a devoted & loving father & husband. In addition to his wife, Pamela, Brian is survived by his mother, Ivalene Giesick of TX; his son, Michael Anthony Giesick (Jennifer) of Spartanburg; daughter, Linda Grausso (Dan) of Bonneau; son, Michael Robert Washington (Skye) of Clinton, CT; son, Robert Joseph Washington (Amanda); daughter, Brianna Christina Giesick; daughter, Shelby Lynne Duncan, all of Ladson; & 6 grandchildren, Joshua, Danielle, Kohen, Christian, Hannah Charley, & Santiago. Brian also leaves behind other family members in Texas. He is predeceased by his father, Claudius Walker Giesick.
