  Frank Hosmer, 98, of Andover, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007 at his residence in Andover. He was born on Feb. 1, 1909 to Charles A. and Eleanor (Barbour) Hosmer. Frank attended Lowell grammar schools, graduated from Lowell High School, and was an Eagle Scout in Lowell. He attended and graduated from Lowell Technical School. Frank owned and was the chemist for his Textile Products business in Lowell. He later moved his business to Victory Lane in Dracut, where he retired 40 years ago. Mr. Hosmer is survived by his wife Ester G. (Fisher) Hosmer of Andover; two sons, Edward Hosmer and his wife Suzanne of Andover; Peter Hosmer and his wife Debra of Rye, N.H.; one daughter, Eleanor and her husband Craig Harris of Seattle; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
