- Arris Jay Kilby, 69, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, at BridgingLife Dove House.
Born October 30, 1954, in (city), MD, he was the son of the late Jay Kilby Jr. and Doris Kilby. He was the loving husband of the late Carolyn Kilby, who predeceased him in 2020.
Jay was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service and devoted many years to his profession. Jay was a former member of the Westminster Moose Family Center 1381.
In his spare time, Jay enjoyed fishing, camping, golfing, and playing darts. He was an avid Orioles fan. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family. He will be deeply missed.
Surviving Jay are his children Jessica Haltiner and partner Ron Wetzel of New Windsor, and Richard Schultz and wife Thresa of Westminster; grandchildren Savanna Wetzel, and Gabriel Schultz; and nephew Curtis Schultz.
He was the last surviving of his immediate family.
